Even in the Corona period there is mulled wine and small dishes to go and a nice atmosphere on the square in front of it

We were able to experience a wonderful wedding celebration there. Thanks again for the friendly and attentive service!

The food was very good, only the staff was a bit rough at the beginning which might have scared away some guests. But in times of Corona eating outside is ideal, so you accept it

Seldom experienced such bad customer service. Even the youngest waiter is taught here that the customer is not king and always nice and cheeky with customers. That is the recipe for success for a store that certainly doesn’t make a minus and runs great. The situation alone probably saves survival here.

Canal Grande really has a great location and a nice ambience. Unfortunately, I have always been disappointed by the poor service: the wrong dishes were brought to the table several times, the waiters are not well trained and rather unfriendly. In my case I was made to wait a long time because the good lady wanted to chat with colleagues rather than because she was so busy. After 30+ minutes of ordering a bill, I was forced to hand the money to my colleague at the counter. Very unsatisfactory.

Well ... if you just walk in the door and the employees are arguing loudly, you don't feel well. This shouldn't happen in front of customers. We were happy to be able to sit outside. The starter was great, but the main course was mediocre.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, great service. A pleasure to eat and drink here. Extraordinary requests are also fulfilled. Thanks a lot for this!

We were there with our one year old daughter. The older lady there (is that the boss) was rude (our waitress was friendly). The prices cannot be explained by the quality, but only by the location. The high chair was dirty. There is no changing table, I had to change our daughter in the stairwell (her diaper was wet from the rain). When we asked to dispose of the wet diaper on site, the unfriendly older woman rolled her eyes.

Operation totally unfriendly! Although everything was free you shouldn't sit where you want !! Pizza is so tasty, but have already eaten larger and better-topped pizzas for the same money. There is no tuna coating at all !! More than a star would be an exaggeration !!

First we were given the wrong pizza. As compensation there was a can of sparkling wine (ordered to be picked up). The pizza itself is not so tasty, the dough is too thin and the topping "sucks through". There are much better pizzas in Bonn. The best argument for the Grand Canal is the lack of choice in the area.

Great shop, nice staff. Great pizza. If the pizza was mixed up, there was even a can of sparkling wine on the house. Great shop.

Nice food

Far too expensive for far too little food. The food tasted good though. A service friendly, but came to the table far too rarely. Lady behind the counter absolutely rude. Not recommendable!

Always delicious food. The service is great Well, sometimes everything takes a little longer, but the typical Italian cuisine also offers a lot of good things. Here and there, unfortunately, there are always fluctuations in quality. e.g. B. Very dry vongole. You have to live with that. If you only eat here once, you may be unlucky. We have had this very, very rarely! Hence no point deduction.

Friendly staff, with a nice view across the Rhine. The food and drinks were good.

Was there with a large electric wheelchair and escort, I was helped a lot there, so that I got a table perfectly. Because my assistant had to cut my pizza into small pieces, we were even given a pizza cutter to make it go faster. Food is also very tasty and the prices absolutely okay!

Pizza and tagiatelle were delicious. Service friendly. However, we had to wait a long time for drinks and food. We don't know why. A 2 family table had ordered with us at the same time and got drinks immediately. Your meal was also served much faster. Therefore 1 * deduction. The terrace with a view of the Rhine is beautiful. No car traffic.

One of my favorite restaurants in Bonn. Perfect location next to the river with an amazing view (especially in summer). Great Italian food and super friendly service. They always create a nice vegetarian dish for me - even if it’s not in the menu they always make it possible. I go there since more than 8 years now and was always happy :)

The portions are so small, it's not at all enough to have eaten. I took lasagne and i had to ask by my self for bread, they didn't offer it automatically. You don't get enough for the price and the quality of the food is also not at all good. Thé restaurant was not acclimatisised on a veryvery hot dau. Didn't want to take dessert there, didn't trust the price/quality anymore.

Good spot for afternoon drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

Nice Local with good Karte.preislich everything in the context. Inside first floor overlooking the Rhine Outside nice outdoor courts. Super friendly service The 2 pizzas were brilliant and even at the places around, the plates were empty. Reservation in advance and bring your own time.
